If you've been arrested for DUI in Illinois, you'll need to complete an alcohol and drug evaluation (commonly known as an ADES evaluation) before sentencing or reinstating your driver's license. This evaluation must be conducted by a provider licensed by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR).
